PICK UP POINT: MEET 11AM – OUTSIDE SUSSEX HOUSE, UNIVERSITY OF SUSSEX
RETURN APPROXIMATELY 6-7PM
This is a chance to see many of the areas of natural beauty that surround Brighton, in one afternoon. Stops will include Devil’s Dyke, The Long Man of Wilmington (chalk figure), Alfriston (traditional village) and Beachy Head/Seven Sisters coast (chalk cliffs). We will also stop at some traditional country pubs and/or a tea shop.

LORD OF THE RINGS
SATURDAY 2ND FEBRUARY
A STUNNING NEW ONSTAGE SPECTACLE with over 70 actors, singers and musicians. An amazing live event, filled with jaw-dropping theatricality, that transports you to Middle-earth as BREATHTAKING SPECIAL EFFECTS, THRILLING MUSIC AND DAZZLING PERFORMANCES fill the Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
MEET 11.30AM OUTSIDE 'BONAPARTES CAFE' INSIDE BRIGHTON RAIL STATION RETURN AFTER MIDNIGHT
TRAIN FARE £11-15 (depending upon discounts – you buy your own ticket on the day)
(be aware that trains and buses from Brighton Station to your home may have stopped running upon our return,
and you may need to share taxis or make alternative arrangements to get home)
Before seeing the show in the evening you will have free time to explore London
Ticket prices range from £15 - £60. To book your tickets, come to room A68, Arts A, with cash payment, between 2-3pm on Wednesday 23th January. It may be possible to book tickets after this date but the cheapest tickets may not be available.
Note that the cheap tickets may have a restricted view
